Due to exceptionally high demand, our specialist repair workshop is now fully booked for the remainder of 2026.

We continue to welcome new repair orders and enquiries. However, please be aware that all new repair bookings will be scheduled into our 2027 diary, with individual lead times confirmed upon our return on 5 January.

How long does it take to get a quote?
Due to the high volume of enquiries, it can take 1–3 working days to receive a response from the repair team — but don’t worry, we’re on it.

Do you work on Barbour, Belstaff and other brands?
Yes — we work with most waxed cotton and outdoor garments.

What if my jacket is too far gone?
We’ll tell you honestly. Sometimes replacement makes more sense — and we’ll never recommend unnecessary work.
