COLLECTION & DELIVERY £13.50 - YOU PACK, WE PICK UP! This is for both courier collection and delivery back to your provided address. We will send you the shipping label via email upon purchase. Just print off the label and attach to the package and the courier will be on the way…simple!
Q: How long will it take for my jacket to be collected by courier?
A: The next working day if ordered online before 5pm.
Q: Can I choose a day that suits me best for collection?
A: Yes. The courier collection service is available Monday - Saturday. Just email us either before or within 1 hour of making your purchase to reorganise collection dates.
Q: What type of packaging do I use to wrap up my jacket?
A: We love recycling, so please feel free to use any recycled packaging you have available - new or old. As long as the parcel is sealed and has a small 20cm x 20cm flat area for the courier to place the label that is fine.
A: We cannot guarantee a time slot but you can expect your parcel to be collected between 8am to 5pm. We do not collect parcels on Sundays or on bank holidays.

Q: How should I send my Jacket to you?
A: If you could please send it either 'Tracked and Signed' via Royal Mail 1-2KG signed that would be preferred. That way you can track your item for peace of mind.
Q: Do you send my item back recorded / signed delivery?
A: Yes. We always send 'Tracked 48' with the estimated value of the garment for insurance purposes.

Q: I made my purchase with the DROP OFF & COLLECTION option, what time is the shop open?
A: Visit us Monday - Saturday 9am - 4pm. Sunday, Closed.
Q: How should I bring my jacket to you?
A: Please remove any litter / Personal items from the jacket and hand over to a member of staff in store who will book the jacket in.
Once the jacket has been reproofed (Usually 7 working days - IN STORE ONLY ) we will contact you directly for collection.
